The PNWCA Board is made up of representatives from Member Clubs. The Board includes 10-12 representatives with one Representative from each Member Club and remaining directors allocated proportionally according to each club’s percentage of total PNWCA membership. Member Clubs appoint each Representative for two-year terms.
Board meetings are held monthly and an annual meeting is held in June of each year.
